Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are handled by GLS courier, chosen by BEDAPORTER.IT.

Shipments to EU countries are handled by DHL courier, chosen by BEDAPORTER.IT.

Shipment to non-EU countries are handled by UPS, chosen by BEDAPORTER.IT.

As required by the laws regulating trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of individual items in Euros. For sale items the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Orders are shipped from BEDAPORTER.IT, Udine, Monday to Friday 9:00-17:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday morning, except during periods of high demand, ex. sales, holiday season, when orders may be processed Tuesday morning. We would like to remind our new customers that BEDAPORTER.IT will ask our bank to contact the customer’s bank for payment approval before we proceed with the shipment. Such verification may cause some delay in shipment of your first order. Orders of items on stock are shipped on the first working day after the order was made, upon confirmation of merchandise availability and bank verification for our new customers. The credit card will be charged on the day of shipment. During sales or promotional periods, shipments may take longer. In all cases, BEDAPORTER.IT reserves the right to postpone the shipment when events with force majeure occur.

Our customers can pre-order items, whose arrival or sale is scheduled for the following months. Orders of pre-order items are shipped as soon as your bank details have been verified and the items are available. Payment is made on the day of receipt of the pre-order, although the shipment will take place later in the season. In the event that the order of an item in pre-order is subsequently not available, the amount paid will be credited to the customer in the same manner as it was paid.

Customers can receive information on their order’s status by sending an e-mail to sales@bedaporter.it. In the e-mail you must indicate the name and surname with which the order was made and the order number. Immediately after shipment the customer will receive an e-mail with the tracking number that can be used on the couriers’ website. When the goods arrive, customers are kindly requested to carefully inspect the parcel before signing proof of delivery of the shipment. If, for any reason, the packaging appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are required to sign the receipt with reservation or to refuse delivery. In case the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the parcel, customers are required to immediately report the incident to the courier service and contact BEDAPORTER.IT at sales@bedaporter.it. If for any reason the shipment fails to be delivered successfully to the address provided by the customer in the commercial contract, the parcel may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. These expenses will be deducted from any reimbursement due to the customer by BEDAPORTER.IT.

Shipments outside the European Community are subject to import duties based on the internal regulation of each country and are also applicable for the return of the goods to the sender. The payment of these taxes is required to release the order from customs and their payment is the exclusive liability and responsibility of the final customer. These amounts will be deducted from any reimbursement due to the customer by BEDAPORTER.IT.

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will automatically forward the sender – BEDAPORTER.IT – the opening warehouse dossier, which indicates the reason for non-delivery and the request for release instructions. BEDAPORTER.IT reserves the right to request the return of the goods after 3 working days, in the absence of arrangements by the final customer. Packages may be held for a maximum of 15 days at the closest courier branch, and the storage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
